FAQ
Have questions about Streicher Goods? Please find answers to some of the frequently asked questions regarding production lead times, shipping, and process.
What is the production time for made-to-order pieces?
Every piece from Streicher Goods is hand-made by Ethan Streicher and takes between 6-8 weeks from the order being placed until it is shipped.
Before placing your order, ensure to read the product description to see if the piece features this text in the description:
"*All pieces are made-to-order with a 6-8 week lead time."
When will my products ship?
If the product purchased is made-to-order, it will ship out after the 6-8 week production lead time. Once a piece is finished, Streicher Goods will send an email updating you that the product is packed and ready for shipment.
If a product is in-stock, however, it will be shipped, dropped off (if in NYC area), or can be picked-up from Streicher Goods HQ in Brooklyn shortly after the order has been placed.
