The Dome lamp has a cylindrical form with a dome-like top, with a sliced opening, creating a large, curved cavity that is the main feature of the lamp. This design allows light to emanate directly from the interior space, bouncing the light cast from the light bulb that is positioned at the top of the cavity and hidden from sight. The exterior surface has a rough, hand-painted texture, suggesting it might be made from a material like concrete or marble. This gives the lamp a rugged, industrial appearance while the simple design is brutalist and contemporary.
